I'm not dead & CANADA!!!!

Life has been tough and sucky and school has been in the way, but I'm still around. I feel bad about not updating even though I have tons of pictures that need to be uploaded that's just sitting around on my computer.

The past month has just been horrible on my personal life, but it made me realize that there are many people that care for me - even the people that I never thought they would. I'm glad people convinced me to go to con-g (you know who you are). Even though I was feeling totally not up to cosplaying, I had a great time there. There were lots of activities, and I felt that it was more interactive than most smaller scale cons.

Anyways, I'm slowly picking myself up and getting back on my feet again.
Thanks to everyone who's been talking to me and helping me through this.

School has calmed down a bit, so hopefully I can get my butt into gear and update.

On the upside - GOLD FOR CANADA!!!! CROSBY!!! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!
After hanging out at a restaruant watching a game with other fans, I went down the sidewalk screaming. LOL. Apparently the streets were crazy! Within 3 minutes, the Crosby Olympic Goal group on facebook has 200 fans, by 12am - there were over 170 000 fans!

YEAH YEAHHH, MOST GOLD EVER!!!!!

My mood and personality depends on the weather. I have recently been described as a Kiwi, because apparently, I am soft, cuddly, and good for people. (Also because I'm tiny.) I am easily misunderstood and I overthink. I don't like that about myself.

I love your anbu black ops cosplay!
(I'm going to try and make an anbu costume for my first con and if you made this can you give me some pointers how you made it, you know layouts and such? please? but if not, it's okay - I think I can still manage :) )

Thanks... but black ops? Damn, I don't think I made it that far in the series to know what black ops are haha... I stopped a couple episodes after the fillers and the first like 10 of shippuden hahaha....

But thanks for loving it! =)

Umm... everything thaty ou see underneath are just black clothes that I had lying around in my house... haha, so can't help you there, my friend made the vest but it shouldn't be that hard to make the vest at all... haha

what other pointers did you want?
I can help you out for the mask and weapons if you need.

I made my weapons out of insulation foam. I blew up an outline on a projector first then I traced it on paper how big I wanted the shuriken to be... then I pinned it on the insulation foam and cut it out with a cutter.

Then after that it was all sanding it down to the exact shape then painting it with acrylic paint. You have to make sure the surface is all sanded down first or else the paint won't sit (if this is the way you want to make your weapons) It seems to be the easiest for me.
