( <-- this is so not a word) weird is that I wasn't wearing contacts for this shoot (sniff* They didn't come in time for the con..) but
my eyes look HUGE!! It's pretty crazy how I didn't do anything to enlarge my eyes with dolly contacts or anything so my eyes are actually that big. O_____O
The make up was also nicely done due to a fluke that I put too much eyeliner on one eye so I had to balance it out. I hope I can imitate this look again during Anime North 2011. I also wished I could do make up nicely like this everyday, but I'm a terribly lazy person so I don't use make up on a regular basis (which is also why I'm happy it turned out nicely - I seriously need more practice. OTL).
Another random fact is that I didn't have time to shorten my bangs a bit more before the con, so I walked around the con with hair in my face half the time. It was especially bad when I walked outside in super windy, below zero weather to get kfc. I couldn't see at all when I was crossing the streets. Yes, I was super lucky that I didn't get hit by cars.

I had lots of fun styling her wig!
Umm... I can't remember but it was just a normal long wig in that colour and I styled it cut it myself to make it into maka's look.
So any medium length wig works as long as it's that colour!
I guess you can try to search for it on taobao or ebay though? I'm sure they'll have some...
